Here is one of the latest diets to hit the charts, the famous Morning Banana Diet or officially known as the Asa Banana Diet. This diet has spawned 3 books and many magazine items. The basics of this diet, simple have a banana every day for breakfast. It is designed for people who need to loose 5-35 pounds and is less successfull for “biggest loser” sorts.
Give it 2 weeks they say. We are not sure how effective this could be but you know if it works you’ll tell others and there are a lot of people telling others.

I am guessing it falls under fad more than miracle!
Maybe it’s supposed to work because after you eat the banana it will make you belch the rest of the morning and not want to eat anything else? IMO
Over 30 years ago a friend of mine lost over 40 kg in a few months on a banana diet and has stayed slim ever since. I’ve seen many people lose weight on it, so it DOES work (for some people at least).
