I’m sooooooo sorry

I know I haven’t written anything for the last few days.

And I’m sorry.

It has been hectic between work and somethings in my personal world going on. It has been extremely busy.

As a result, my quest for better eating habits have been challenged. And so far, the better habits have lost the battle to bad choices. There has been some pizza and a bag of veggie-flavored crackers. Have successfully fought off the urge for a candy bar or a blizzard treat.

Please be patient with me as I try to get my head above water and on the right food track!

No way you are not forgiven! We need inspiration, by “we” I mean us fluffy people. Because you didn’t have anything up I had pizza on Tuesday. I didn’t even settle for the portion size, I gobbled the whole thing. I think I set myself back a week!

I need a wagon, anyone have a red one?

Mark, I think we need two red wagons — one for you and one for me. LOL :)
In all seriousness, I feel soo bad about this week. Every time I think I’m over the hump, all of the sudden it grows another mile. And the fatigue, oh my goodness, the fatigue just makes it twice as bad.
but come tomorrow, I will be back in full blogging swing and hopefully eating a little better.
    Again, I am sorry!

And Mark, I am in the same boat — I didn’t eat the whole pizza but I definitely had more than two slices.

Ginger, today is my birrthday & it’s time to evaluate my life – or what’s left of it. My husband has been diagnosed with diabetes and angina. We definitely need to change our eating habits. I’ve been cooking healthy meals for him, but it seems to make me want more junk food. I ate 2 pb&j sandwiches last night. I hadn’t eaten pb&j for 30 years, but suddenly, I had to have them. I hope you & I can help each other through this long arduous journey. You don’t want to be my age & still overweight. Hang in there.

Thanks Vikki! I will hang in there with you. I like your spunk!
And I know exactly how you feel — for you it was PBJ, for me it was pizza.
    We’ll get through it!
