Question: Do the Coquille police have the authority to write tickets to people misusing handicapped parking places? If someone who is not handicapped is parked in one of these spaces and city police were called would they issue her a citation?

Question: I want to know the story surrounding the little red Chevy 4-door sedan, Oregon license No. UME 612 that’s been quietly sitting in a Coos Bay city parking lot, near Michael Gordon’s office for something like five or six years without ever moving an inch. It has never been ticketed or towed. Why?
