In 1994, two strong and reputable Orthopaedic groups joined to provide quality care to patients living on the Southern Oregon Coast, forming South Coast Orthopaedic Associates (SCOA). Integrated patient care, digital radiography, MRI, bone density, pain management, and ambulatory surgery services provide a continuum of Orthopaedic care from diagnosis to recovery at South Coast Orthopaedic Associates.

The Board Certified Orthopaedic physicians provide a full range of Orthopaedic services including total joint care and replacement, arthroscopic surgery, spine care, musculoskeletal problems and treatment of traumatic injuries. SCOA is also proud to support the high schools' athletes, as well as Southwestern Oregon Community College athletes, with a special sports medicine and triage program aimed at returning the athlete to normal activity as safely and quickly as possible. SCOA also enhances patient care, triage abilities and timely access for the injured worker through our Occupational Medicine Program.
