Southwest Physical Therapy & John Breuer Rehab Services has been a landmark for rehabilitation on the south coast since it opened its first office in Coos Bay in 1979.SWPT/JB rehab has expanded their Coos Bay space to include a gym where patients can continue as “gym” members after completing their physical therapy. Southwest Physical Therapy and John Breuer Rehab services accept most insurance plans, and their therapists are preferred providers with several insurance companies.
Our offices make every attempt to schedule your first appointment within a few days after receiving a physician’s referral. We make your PT experience most effective for your long-term health benefits. Under certain conditions our qualified PTs are able to evaluate and treat you without a physician’s referral. Our offices maintain the highest standards in providing rehabilitation services with our Physical and Occupational Therapists regularly attending continuing education programs statewide and nationally.
