Dr. Ashley is a board-certified cardiologist with Oregon Cardiology in Eugene and the Medical Director for the Cardiovascular Wellness Program at the Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute at Sacred Heart Medical Center. After medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin, she completed a residency in internal medicine in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, followed by a cardiovascular fellowship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Before coming to Eugene in 2003 she taught cardiovascular medicine at the medical school in Albuquerque. Her special interests include cardiovascular disease in women, treatment of heart disease among elderly patients, and congenital heart disease.
